For the first time in 2017, the annual press conference was broadcast live via 360-degree stream. Karin Schlautmann, Head of Bertelsmann Corporate Communications, wanted to bring the press conference to life in yet another way, she says. The invited audience was able to look around the room during the event. A4VR was responsible for the complete 360 ° livestream implementation and server installation. As livestream camera we used our own development "Agent 8", which is optimally designed for continuous use over several hours and days and a resolution of 8K.
